Every custom build starts with an in-home consultation where we measure the space, study your cats' habits, and discuss aesthetic preferences. We then return with a 3D rendering and an itemized written estimate. Once you approve, our crew handles permits (when needed), material sourcing, framing, mesh installation, finishing, and a final cat-safety inspection.
We frame with kiln-dried Western Red Cedar or pressure-treated Douglas fir, depending on your aesthetic goals and exposure conditions. All visible hardware is stainless or hot-dipped galvanized. Mesh is 16-gauge welded galvanized wire — five times stronger than the chicken wire most discount builders use.
