Our Story

Cozy Cat Catios began in a San Jose backyard, when our founder built a small enclosure so his rescue tabby could safely enjoy California sunshine. Neighbors asked, then friends of neighbors, and within a year we were a full-time licensed construction company devoted to one mission: giving indoor cats safe access to the outdoors through beautifully engineered catios.

Today our team has completed over 450 custom catios across the South Bay. We bring real construction experience, real design talent, and a genuine love of cats to every project — from tiny window boxes for studio apartments to two-story luxury enclosures with skylights and integrated water features.
